HOT MESS BBQ CATERING

HOT MESS BBQ Food Truck handles large events but we also deliver for private catering.

We are able to accommodate catering orders with 48 hour notice. 

We also book our HOT MESS BBQ Food Truck for events for 65-750 people with at least 3 days notice. Please, feel free to Contact Us and we will happily help you determine your food needs or head on over to our Catering Menu to look at our options. We also provide set up with catering racks and two hour sternos to keep food hot and delicious!

THAT FINE PRINT STUFF 

  1. A signed contract and 25% non-refundable deposit are required to book a date for catering.

  2. While we currently do not accept checks, we do accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

  3. The remainder of the balance is due upon delivery - no exceptions.

  4. We understand unavoidable circumstances arise however, large events require a great deal of advanced food preparation, so we hope you understand we require customers to be responsible for 50% of their final balance for any cancellations occurring less than 5 days in advance of an event to cover lost food, labor and opportunity costs.
