It all started in the kitchen nestled in the hills of Tulsa...the mission, to create the most flavorful, unique, and distinct barbecue experience period. We've done that. Inspired by Tulsa's love {great taste} for bbq, and desire for things elevated, we've bridged the gap.
Hot Mess does food differently:
It begins with our rub. This one-of-a-kind blend of spices brings the flavor to the already perfected combination of time, temperature, and wood selection.
Our propriety seasoning is a special blend of spices containing a couple additional elements not found on this continent for a taste that's out of this world (but it's not, because you can find it here). This combination awakens the taste buds, and heightens the senses. The naturally sweet and smoky elements of our blend yields a balanced and tantalizing experience to our meats that NEEDS no sauce...but you WANT it, we got you covered.
